What this is
- Independent contract work on a 1099 basis
- You accept or decline each job we offer
- You set your own availability and decide how much you take on
- You use your own supplies and equipment
- Pay is set per job and shared before you accept. You handle your own taxes

Your ID and W-9 (plus proof of insurance if you have it) and a signed independent contractor agreement.

What you'll need to apply
We partner with established cleaning professionals who run their work like a business.
- 2+ years of paid, professional residential or commercial cleaning experience
- Your own reliable transportation to get to job locations
- Your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- General liability insurance is strongly encouraged (you can add it after you start)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Willing to complete a background check
- Real pride in detailed, high-quality work
